What are the pros? Easy to grow
What are the cons? Plats got woody
These are fairly easy to grow and they tasted very good. But there were mushy rather then crisp like most tomatoes. I started the plants from seed inside but our season was so late this year most of my tomatoes has a very hard time growing. These did fairly well. But the plants are very long growing vines and get very thick branches that are woody. The fruits are hard to get to in that mass of branches. The taste was good and they did grow large fruits and a lot of fruit. I had 4 plants and all of them produced very well. I did use them in salsa and they did not do well canned. The flesh is very soft and mushy so canning was not the way to go. They were striking on a plate with other varieties as the white color makes them shine and they taste fantastic freshly sliced.
