What are the pros? Mild and sweet
What are the cons? Woody if left too long
This is the mildest radish I have grown. 30 days to harvest in the spring. 1-2 week window before the mature ones become too woody for my taste. I planted a patch Oct 20 of this year just for greens, but have been harvesting radishes daily for 2 weeks now thanks to unseasonably warm weather.
Bolts quickly once North Carolina summer heat begins.
