75-85 days. Wildly prolific cherry type is green when fully ripe. The transparent epidermis makes the fruits look like frosted grapes. The fruit is very SWEET and flavorsome. This variety is becoming very popular among premier tomato growers! This is a slightly sweeter version of "Green Doctors". Some plants may produce non-frosted fruit. We love them!

What are the pros? Taste is nice

What are the cons? Many tomatoes small and hard

Review:

These little green tomatoes were yummy when big and ripe, but they seemed to remain small and hard (unripe) long into the season. They also wouldn't ripen in paper sacks easily. Bushes weren't as prolific as other varieties.

What are the pros? They're candy

What are the cons? Strain still slightly unstable

Review:

These are so sweet and fruity that they almost don't even taste like tomatoes. They make my sungolds taste tart. I think they're even sweeter than my ground cherries! I like to collect a big bowl and snack on them while binge-watching HBO shows. They're the best dessert. As a side note, the strain isn't stable. I grew two last year, and one was noticably "gold" in color instead of green, and less "frosted" looking. One of the two plants produced much tastier tomatoes than the other, despite being planted feet apart in a raised bed. That being said, this tomato will always be a "must" for me, I really recommend that you give them a try!
