Our Promise

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, you may request a replacement or a refund for any product, for any reason.

What We Will Do

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Refund the original purchase price

Our responsibility is limited strictly to the product itself.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

While we stand firmly behind our seeds and merchandise, growing things is subject to forces no one can control. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for crop loss, loss of yield, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or any incidental or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for labor, time, or expenses related to planting, growing, harvesting, or tending plants
  • Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product

This applies regardless of growing method, soil conditions, weather, pests, animals, human error, or acts of God.

Scope of the Guarantee

  • This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser
  • It is not transferable
  • It replaces and supersedes all other express warranties

Any implied warranties permitted by law are limited to two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

This Two-Year Satisfaction Guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy. No Baker Creek employee or representative is authorized to modify or extend this guarantee.
