A delightful, yellow grape tomato that comes from historic China. This variety has been stored at the USDA since 1931, the same year it was collected in the East Market in Peiping, China. Crisp little, grape-sized nuggets are just right for snacking. Vines are hugely productive.

What are the pros? Great taste, prolific, hardy

What are the cons? none

Review:

I have grown these for 3 years now and they are my most consistent producers. The bear large quantities of fruit regardless of conditions. Fruit has a sweet flavor...I call them "tomato candy"

What are the pros? Productivity & Taste

What are the cons? none

Review:

I grew these for the first time this year and they were terrific. Very productive and great for snacking or topping salads. They have a lot of flavor and keep setting fruit. I had one plant in an earthbox that didn't drain properly and another in an overcrowded bed that held my overflow plants. Neither had ideal growing conditions, but continued to produce despite their different challenges. I will grow this one again.
