A delightful, yellow grape tomato that comes from historic China. This variety has been stored at the USDA since 1931, the same year it was collected in the East Market in Peiping, China. Crisp little, grape-sized nuggets are just right for snacking. Vines are hugely productive.

What are the pros? Taste, Super Easy to Grow

What are the cons? None

Review:

This was my first year growing tomatoes and these little guys were awesome! They were so easy to grow, with so many tomatoes. I used to think I didn't like tomatoes ... Until I grew these. I loved the buttery taste! So good!

What are the pros? Good producer

What are the cons? bland flavor

Review:

These are OK but I probably won't grow them again. The vines are very productive, the tomatos are bigger than standard grape tomatos. However, the flavor is very bland and mild. Not acidic, but not sweet either. I will probably try a different yellow cherry next year.

What are the pros? Prolific, crack resistant

What are the cons? Bland tast

Review:

One of the most crack resistant in a summer where we had rain for 5 days or more in a row on THREE different occasions. Those rains, I fear, may have diluted the flavor, because I did not experience their sweetness - in fact, they were rather bland. They grew vigorously, and also were one of the last producers of the season. I'm going to try them again in 2016.
