What are the pros? Variety, pleasant surprises

What are the cons? Need longer days to enjoy this

Review:

Treat this as an investment! Use it as an opportunity to learn as much as you can about the varieties, cultural practices and the cooking/preservation of the harvest. You will get out of it whatever you put into it, but this small investment could quite probably be the smartest $395 you will ever invest.

Review:

I purchased this collection about eight years ago before it was broken into regional varieties and was pleased enough with the assortment that I am ordering another one. The packets are full sized packets the same as what you purchase when you get them individually. I didn't garden for a few years, including this year, but the seeds were still viable at six years old and outperformed seeds bought off the rack locally. Out of all the seeds in the bucket, I only had two packages that were the same. My order goes in the mail tomorrow and I am looking forward to seeing what I get.
