What are the pros? fun variety, easy to grow

What are the cons? none

Review:

This lettuce exceeded my expectations! I was expecting to get some short baby greens for the spring but instead I got full sized, beautiful leaf lettuce in just over a month! It's mid july now, and we've had coolish weather with some 80 degree days, but the lettuce I haven't had a chance to harvest yet is still looking great! I haven't had any bolt yet! With so much variety in one pack, I'm not sure I'm going to plant any other types of lettuce in the future, this one has it all.

What are the pros? Good variety, color mix

What are the cons? Minor: more deep red, speckled

Review:

I planted this in zone 9 in April, kept it well-watered, and am enjoying baby lettuce leaves in May. The weather has been erratic, from the 40s to the 80s (sometimes within 24 hours), and it has held up and the lettuce is mild and not bitter. I didn't thin it yet, but I will let some grow to full heads. You can't plant lettuce deep in the bed or it will have trouble popping through the soil. Despite this challenge, I had good germination with seed a few years old!

What are the pros? Grows well indoors under CFL

What are the cons? None

Review:

This is a great salad mix not sure how I should be sowing though. I have 6 grow spots indoors using CFL and LED. Going to try aeroponics with this blend and see how it does. Thinking it will be great.

What are the pros? Good variety, tasty mix

Review:

We have grown RockyTop in two previous seasons for spring planting. We live in zone 6B so we usually sow these in late March. Most varieties will not bolt until mid to late May but will last a little longer with frequent cutting back. We just love picking a mess from the garden. washing and straight to the salad bowl it goes. Nice zesty taste that the whole family enjoys. Only drawback is the tomatoes are not ripe for a spring planting but we solved that problem by canning Amish paste tomatoes (salsa style) and topping the spring salad with last year's tomato crop. So good!!!

What are the pros? Bueatiful letteces

What are the cons? All varieties in one packet

Review:

I planted these in the fall and they did Awesome, they grew up until we had a hard frost in February (and a few plants survived that). I scattered the seeds in a row and they grew in pretty tight. I have just sown more (first of March) for the spring in a container. It gets hot here pretty quick so I am curious to see how long I can keep the plants going inside once it gets too hot outside. All the lettuce had a great taste. Most of what came up this fall was different Romaine variates and Oak leaf lettuce. The plants reached maturity pretty quick and grew back quickly after picking and seemed thicker. Defiantly a favorite.
