What are the pros? It's weirdness, it's flavor!
What are the cons? None!
This "thing" is super easy to grow, resists aphids and whiteflies where my other squashes succumbed. I baked it up for a side veggie for a turkey dinner, then once I tasted it I decided to turn it into pie! Absolutely delicious, flavorful and not stringy at all!
