Kohlrabi Seeds,
Enrico

From noted biodynamic plant breeder Friedemann Ebner comes this exciting new open-pollinated kohlrabi that rivals F1 hybrids in vigor and yield. Enrico’s flattened white ‘bulbs’ and quick growing nature have endeared it to growers. We think kohlrabi (literally “cabbage turnip” in German) is too often overlooked; raw, it adds a crunchy, slightly sweet note to salads, and roasting really accentuates its sweet, nutty flavor.
