(Eleusine coracana) With its upturned, finger-like panicles, Dragon’s Claw millet is a fun, unique plant to grow, but it has also been a nutritious staple crop for centuries. Finger millet is thought to have originated in the highlands of Uganda and Ethiopia. Dragon’s Claw is gluten free, with a mild, nutty flavor. The plants get to be about 18 inches tall.
