Exploring For Seeds Across The Globe

Exploring For Seeds Across The Globe

At Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, our mission has always been to seek out the most unique, rare, and exceptional plant varieties from around the world. Over the past few years, we’ve embarked on an extensive journey across Japan, a country renowned for both its horticultural refinement and its hidden giants. From the snowy mountains of Hokkaido to the subtropical islands of Okinawa, we’ve connected with master breeders, independent growers, and seed keepers dedicated to preserving their nation’s botanical legacy.
