Garlic, Nootka Rose (4 bulbs)

 Softneck. A gorgeous silverskin-type softneck with rose-streaked bulbs -- beautiful for braiding! It hails from the San Juan Islands of Washington State. The medium-large bulbs have a strong, garlicky flavor, but not too much heat. Each bulb yields about 15 to 20 cloves. Late to mature, the plants will flop over when ready to harvest. Excellent storage life; these will remain intact and delicious for up to 12 months!
