Long-handled trowels were a commonplace offering in American seed catalogs of the early 20th century. Blacksmith Bear Rademacher recreated this design in his old-time blacksmith shop at Baker Creek’s Missouri farm and village. The hand-forged steel trowel makes digging a snap, given the leverage you get from the longer handle. A handmade heirloom tool for the heirloom gardener, reflecting timeless design, functionality, and meticulous care. 9" handle | 6.5" spade.
