73 days. Plants produce excellent yields of brilliant orange- yellow bell peppers. Blocky, four-inch fruits are thickwalled, ripening from medium green to orange-yellow at maturity. Sweet and flavorful gourmet pepper for salads, stuffing and more!

What are the pros? Great size and flavor

What are the cons? None

Review:

This was my first year growing this pepper. I was surprised by the size of the pepper. It is like two large bell peppers put together. It has very thick walls and great flavor. I would recommend staking it real good. The fruits are very large and numerous. This one made the cut for next year.

What are the pros? Robust peppers

What are the cons? Slow to mature

Review:

I used most of these peppers green. Living in southwest Washington we don't have a very long summer season so I started mine indoors. They didn't love growing in pots, the ones I planted in my raised beds did significantly better. The peppers produced were large, lovely, and some did mature to a lovely orange. I also grew King of the North and will grow that variety again, but not this one.

What are the pros? great color, easy to grow

What are the cons? require patience

Review:

These are a gorgeous golden orange color, and add beauty to your food. I used them in a scrumptious taco stuffed pepper casserole. They take a while to mature. I went ahead and picked some green, so my plants would make more peppers. They seem to be prone to sun scald. I'll get a shade cloth for next year.

Review:

These are a beautiful color when ripe a warm golden orange color. They take their sweet time, but can be picked green, if you like green peppers. They also get sunscald. I guess this is common for bell peppers. I'll get a shade cloth for next year. Next year, I may go with all red bell peppers for best flavor.
